Accident Reports

Photographs and sketch plans can considerably assist when assessing liability of fault. Presentation of our findings can be provided as requested by the client and agreed in advance.

As a rule of thumb, however, we aim to take sufficient photographs of the scene of the accident mounted in an easy to refer manner.

Claimants and witnesses can then be traced and interviewed with statements. Other enquiries and a comprehensive report independently prepared can be of considerable assistance.

Fraud Investigation

Statement Taking

Face to face interviews cannot be beaten. All statements recorded are taken contemporaneously and the subject, who may be a witness or claimant, is invited to read the document and agree as to the content and facts provided there and then.

Statements are typed and prepared ready for any subsequent court attendance. The correct format being applied in readiness for exchange. A brief report will accompany the statement commenting on the credibility and attitude of the witness.

Tracing
